Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

Uncomfortable bus to Bangkok, the 4-seat layout just isn’t wide enough to let people sleep comfortably, and my knees pushed into the seat in front. There are better options on the same route, if you want to sleep then use those.

Comfortable bus, they gave us juice, water and cookies with pineapple. We found it very punctual. I recommend you to bring a jacket because it is very cold and they give you a small blanket. The chairs are reclining and you can lay them down up to 30 degrees. You will travel with many smelly backpackers but for the price it is the best possible transportation . 5 stars

After reading a lot of bad reviews, we were worried in advance whether everything would work out. We were very pleasantly surprised. The connections worked really well and everything ran smoothly. However, the seats on the bus were relatively uncomfortable and it would have been helpful to be informed in advance that there would be a stop at night.

On time, good driver, good car. Pick up at the airport between arrivals gates 3 and 4 opposit the airport information desk. You will find your name on a paper with lots of other names; hanging there. On top the sign of the Taxi company.

Easy, convenient, efficient. Everything worked without a hitch, with just the confirmation on the cell phone. On departure from Samui, on arrival in Donsak and during the transfer to Surat Thani. No hassle, correspondents were there to welcome us. Contrary to the reviews we read and to several similar experiences in Thailand, the air-conditioning was not pushed to the limit in the bus, making the journey bearable. The wifi wasn't great, but it was there!
Departure on time, arrival half an hour earlier than planned.
Arrived in Bangkok early in the morning, a little before the start of public transport and before the traffic jams. In short, a great way to save time and money!

Facile, pratique, efficace.
