We had booked a VIP bus. However, the operator cancelled the same and moved to a sleeper bus. Which is not convenient. The operator gave us back the differential money however we were asked to sit / sleep with three other strangers in the last seat which was unacceptable. The operator should stand by the service accepted and shouldn't cancel giving some random technical issue as a reason.

The staff on the bus were really rude and shouted at all of us. Several people asked for a bathroom stop which they ignored for a long time but stopped to let themselves get chewing gum and have a cigarette. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.
